Out-of-Stock Items

If an ordered item is unavailable, we may offer a like-for-like alternative. If no alternative is available, a full refund will be provided.

 

Pricing Policy

All prices on our website are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT.

 

Payment Method

We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, Apple Pay or PayPal. Never email card details, and fraudulent orders will be rejected.

 

When Will You Be Charged?

Your card will be charged upon order placement, and we'll arrange dispatch according to product lead times. In case of supply issues, a full refund will be issued.

 

Delivery Of Your Goods

We aim to dispatch goods within the agreed timeframe but are not liable for external factors affecting delivery. Allow up to 28 working days for delivery.

 

Goods Received

Inspect all goods within 48 hours and report discrepancies or defects via message or phone call. Post-inspection alterations void returns.

 

Returns & Refunds
